Attention all warlock players of Destiny 2,
Idk if it's just me but does anybody else feel like warlocks are underpowered a bit? I main as a warlock and haven't really played as another class but while in the crucible, which I win just about every other match, I always find myself struggling a little too hard, versus titans and hunters in the match. I'm maining as a stormcaller in the Iron Banner just for the perk Arc Soul, but hunters and titans seem to be over the top powerful in there. Maybe it's just my play style, or maybe it's because I haven't put a masterwork on my armor yet? My stats are currently, Mobility-4, Resilience-5. Recovery-6. Feedback anyone???

I play all 3 and the warlock is the weakest.

The strongest subclass is the Stormcaller. Which really sucks cause I Walk the Void frequently. It's been my go-to since Destiny day 1 and it has always been a viable subclass. Then D2 happened. Good gods wtf happened? It's still excellent for PvE but the lack of power in PvP is noticeable. Attunement of Hunger is really good for regaining your health but good luck getting that to proc without a Nova Bomb. These grenades suck! Why is it that the Attunement of Chaos' Chaos Accelerant not give them more damage? Jeez, Bungie. I can only hope that the speed upgrades Bungie wants to implement help the glide ability.

aye, i do feel my warlock is underpowered. I used to main a lock at the start of D2, but iive been playing my hunter more than anything now. I think in terms of the crucible hunters and titans have more 'get out of shit' utility. healing rift is amazing, dont get me wrong, but it feels like it takes longer to drop, and takes time to gain the benefit, whereas hunters dodge instantly and even titan barricade seems to go up pretty quick with an instant save from damage. I think its all about finding the best way to play warlock in crucible. Me personally i like to stand at the back and pot shot with a scout rifle, that way i can stand in my rift, and give support to my fellow guardians that are deep in the fray. But it all depends on your play style. If you are aggressive then you will need to drop your rift earlier in expectation of a fire fight. Healing rift with arc soul is just awesome though xD especially if you have the whole team in there xD

I personally run 10 mobility and 7 recovery and use either transversive steps or ophidian aspects. Other than the temporary nova glitch in mayhem, they are kinda just around. Each class has to be played very differently. Stormcaller If you are trying to hold down a position, stormcaller with the rift chest piece with supporting armor. Voidwalker More of a bait subclass now. In pvp. In pvp it requires a very specific loadout to be the most effective. Can potentially be the most invaluable for consistent destructive supers in pve. The locked perk tree really screws this subclass class over Dawnblade A true roaming assault super class for warlocks. High kills potential, can hold its own. Two subclass choices: super mobility/aggressive , but requires precision and good accuracy. Highest base kill potential for pve and pvp, not as mobile, requires less prediction of target movements.

Only thing underpowerd is uper path of dawnblade

Under powered? No. Warlocks have always been easy mode, in both D1 and D2.

Warlocks are far from underpowered

I don’t but I only play the other two subclasses in pvp.
