This is exactly how SBMM works by them.
Not balanced teams - they want your win % to be 50
They'll put the worst players on your team so long as your winning games.
Which is why many players only search in full teams.
Pure CBMM is fair because it's random.
This form of SBMM is total garbage and it's been this way since Y2 of D1

Exactly. I have 100s upon 1000s of examples. Only the brain dead, blind, and lower tier players not wanting to accept their situation fail to acknowledge.
