UPDATE: After a little testing around there's a 15-17 minute lockout from all Lost Sector Chests. That's kinda a bummer, while I agree that farming the same chest over and over needed to be fixed it shouldn't have blanketed all Sector chests. So fast traveled to the first Lost Sector in the EDZ, got three tokens, a blue and an EDZ token. Did the one lost sector next to that (one where the Mida quest takes you to launch flares.), didn't get anything. Fast traveled to a cabal public event on the shores, got 5 tokens but then doing that lost sector right there in the cave got nothing again. So two out of the three different Lost Sectors chests didn't give any kinds of rewards, EDZ tokens, Blue Engrams, nothing. Again, these were three separate Lost Sectors in the EDZ.
