Destiny is a box of legos. Bungie wants us to play in preset configurations. As players we figure out our own ways of using bungie's legos and have a lot more fun with them than the intended configurations (titan skating, no land beyond reload glitch, sniping bosses from crazy parts of the map, etc) For whatever reason bungie HATES this and keeps trying to prevent players from doing this. The problem is that if you keep preventing people from having fun with your game eventually all your players leave. D2 is suffering from this right now.

 • Unfortunate as it is this all started with them preventing players from using the loot cave. This was the first sign for me way back then when I started to think something was wrong with their philosophies, and it has since been proven every year afterwards with each cock block they implement.

 • The first sign for me was the first rebalance before the loot cave.
Not enough people are using pulse rifles, so we nerfed everything else except for low rof scout rifles, heavily nerfed auto rifles, and buffed hand canon range. All hail the chart. Oh, and no more grouping up to be teleported by Atheon. The ports are supposed to be random, not a coordinated team decision.
• Stopped us shooting ourselves in the foot in water to die. Why was this an issue.
