Faction Rally: just a real shame
I had no interest in participating in the faction rally- other than having each character pledge to a different faction so I didn't have to pay 50K for a gun.
But there were plenty of people who were excited about it. Sure, the weep farm was nerfed, but they were seeking other ways, posting new methods to try to get as many tokens as possible in a short amount of time. They were turning in tokens to get packages, going for ornaments and new guns.
So it was just really sad, with the dearth of content, to see people still getting excited about Destiny 2 and grinding for gear, to then only find out that there were no new guns available. I wasn't even paying attention last night when my buddy was complaining about getting the old NM sword three times in a row.
And now all these people, who had been excited for the faction rally, find that not only was their grind made harder by the throttle- but now they couldn't even get new guns for it.
I mean talk about kicking someone (the disillusioned D2 community) while they are down.

They're going from bad to worse with every update and event. I barely log on at all now, and when I do, I usually just sit in orbit, trying to find something to do that isn't boring or pointless. Very disappointed with the game in general. The only reason I don't uninstall, is because I keep hoping they'll do something worthwhile and I don't feel like downloading it again (I have 3.5Tb of storage, so that's not an issue or D2 would already be gone). Shame Bungie, shame.

The Destiny 2 boat is sinking fast and Bungie are loading bricks and concrete shoes.

Faction Rallies are dumb. The gear is just as lame as all the other gear and the tokens take forever to get. If the system worked then people wouldn't be trying anything to grind for tokens as fast as possible. the fact that you can see everyone doing the same glitch/bug/whatever to farm tokens just shows how stupid the token reward system actually is.

Dark Souls 1/2/3 is my safe place while Bungie works things out. Nameless King carries (or any boss on DS3) on xbox one if anyone needs it msg: WhoppingDingers with your password and bonfire

Eeehh, I'm working on the Hunter's ornaments. Not so bad so far, after I get the chest piece I'm done until IB.

It's a bit rubbish i think, i'm only really taking part to get some new gear for my Hunter (who i've neglected since CoO came out), i've had the idea to give him a Shadows of Yor inspired outfit so i'm only really in it for a few new armour pieces and shaders
