Hi Guys, Just to let you know, I'm a BT user and have had the same unable to connect issues since yesterday. After looking around and coming across this thread I thought I would try running my xbox one through my PC (Win10) using VPN (I use IPVanish) and it totally works (I connected to a German server). You need to be connecting to your router using wireless from your PC.
