What we wanted for the grimoire

Hi, I don't know if this will be seen, or acknowledged, or just dismissed, but I hope this reaches someone. Destiny ghost hunting was great and so much fun. More importantly, it gave us further insight into the lore of Destiny. Every mission, strike, exotic, subclass, map, it all unlocked part of the grimoire and there was so much to read and learn and absorb. It's failing? The grimoire could only be accessed through the app or the website. Not in game. We wanted the lore to be in game, rather than having to open up something else to read. Hopes were for a codex. Think about Skyrim... Every book you read could be reread from the game menu. Something similar for our grimoire would have been perfect. Rich background, history, and accessible. Instead, Bungie saw "in game" and cut the rest. The scannables have some cool snippets, but nothing so in depth and, worst of all, you have to return to the scannable to hear it again. Why couldn't they give us a grimoire entry that we can read from the game menu. Or audio clips and images that support the lore? Personally, I would like to see a grimoire accessible bottle in game and out, but in game is the clincher. Give us those blank slots that try we are missing something. Give us a goal. Make the lore rich and fulfilling again. The story for D2 was better, but without that extra stuff, it just feels flat. EDIT: I want the feel like a scholar again, poring over it, finding connections and forming wild theories... It's an RPG aspect that has sadly been lost. EDIT 2: Moved to Feedback at the suggestion. Sometimes I am a numpty.
