The "grind" for paradox amplifiers is ridiculous.
Heroic adventures are annoying to solo with the stupid nightfall modifiers, and they're only on Mercury for some dumbass reason. PvP isn't even an option, because of how bad it is. Doing hundreds of strikes is the only other way to get them. This isn't FUN.

I have found Heroic Strikes to be the way to go - I have gotten consistent [u]blue[/u] drops of Paradox Amplifiers and Blooms too - To me its the radiolarian Culture that is still a grind - but jumping around the EDZ for a bit with a EDZ scout report up, doing events, killing area bosses and nabbing chests. its not that bad at all.
