Account issues

I bought the game including all the DLC content on XBOX1. My account is working fine but my son can’t get on the new Osiris DLC. It tells him he has to purchase the new content but I have already paid for this in full. Is there something we need to do to get him access?

  • A few people have said this. If you purchased the dlc or one of the versions with this season pass, you can also try searching the dlc and seeing if it is available for download. Someone else was having the same problem the other day and got it fixed, so you can also try searching the help forums for his post.
