  • The answer is to speak with the people that sold the game to you. All returns/refunds must be processed by the retailer from which you bought the game. Bungie isn't a retailer, so they can't give refunds for Destiny 2.

  • That's not what I'm saying I'm saying for example Microsoft is the retailer in my case (since i have a digital download) i called xbox support to try and issue a refund and the service reps pretty much tell me to complain in the forums because their not responsible to issue them and that bungie is. Now I understand that statement if ppl have a disc copy but for some ppl that's not the case. But I'm sure alot of ppl r pissed of for running in an endless circle like this.

  • Same applies for the digital copy of the game. You agreed to Microsofts terms of service when you bought it. You are in no way entitled to a refund what so ever.

  • Didn't say I was I'm just trying because ppl r also trying and some ppl R getting refunded and btw nowhere did i say that they were telling me about what their terms of service r they told me to talk to bungie and here I am arguing with random ppl that ain't gonna do nothing but tell me the same story I've been hearing all day so nty

    I'm sure that a lot of people are upset about getting the run around. I understand how frustrating it can be and I know that dealing with support can be a frustrating experience at times. All I'm saying is that Bungie can't do anything about refunds because Bungie isn't a retailer. Microsoft has final say in you getting a refund.
