I was so exited when I got the NM cloak to drop during the last faction rally, but ever sience the season 2 update it got changed from a clean plad pattern to a some ugly rag with a snowflake-like pattern on the cape. The hood however seems to be unchanged and still has plad on it. Can someone tell me if this is intentional of if it's some bug or glitch of some kind.
