13 RepliesI'm currently grinding IB because I hate myself, but that's another story. What's really pissing me off are some of the laughably worst Guardians I've ever played with. I would be playing with my clan but most are either working, have a life, burned their copy of the game,etc. Anyhoo as an example, I just finished a game where every time the heavy ammo would pop up a Titan would shoulder charge his own teammates to get it first. Then dude whips out a sword. Dies instantly, rinse, repeat. Other squad is team shooting, as my teammates are keeping them busy I flank and Oh look! Heavy ammo! I take it, load my Blue Shift, have 3 of them in sight and just as I launch a Hunter that decided to join me jumps in front of me and I hit his back and die. There's dozens of other ridiculous moments but you get my idea. The classic was losing a game by 2 points and a Warlock and Hunter that strangely never used their supers the whole game, popped them as it ended. I msg dude "Wtf why did u wait til it was over"? Reply= [spoiler]Git F u c k I n g Gud!!!![/spoiler]"I didn't want to waste it".

Sometimes you do massive damage with a grenade or weapon then other times you don't even do damage at all. One pulse grenade will kill one enemy then barely take a shield down the next time. This game PvP is really shit and needs attention. But nope they want to throttle XP.

1 ReplyIdk who you play against but better devils isnt something to be angry about. There are other guns that are more dominant such as uriels gift, last hope, and mida. If you're an unfortunate mofo, youll face a team that cant kill with anything else other than power ammo

2 RepliesThe trials system makes me want to never load up destiny again, people could be half decent at the game but still have absolutely no chance of getting anywhere because people with 4kd+ come in and ruin you, people like that should get match made with people of similar skill level not people that have kds 3 lower than theirs. These types of people have literally no lives playing stacked for hours just ruining anyone else’s chance of having fun on the game, seriously Bungie sort it out or you have lost a big fan.

That experience is LEAGUES more fun than D2. The PVP in this game is stale and the developers have seamlessly found a way to minimize enjoyment while bolstering lame, tedious “team-fights”. I used to advocate for more gunplay over ability spam in D1, but honestly? This is all incredibly boring! I loved jumping into a match with Bad Juju and having my Golden Gun by the second or third minute - it made good plays rewarding and incentivized risky and dangerous play. And that’s my biggest issue with Destiny 2’s Crucible; no one takes risks! Everyone sits back with their Uriel’s Gift and waits for that one guy that missed the memo to walk into the lane so their other three teammates can melt them with their long-range marshmallow cannons. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. [spoiler]*exasperated giraffe noise*[/spoiler]

1 ReplyI really like how teams I play have embraced the friendship aspect of Destiny 2. They don’t go any where with out holding hands. They also enjoy crouching down in warlock rifts together at every opportunity to share in their friends class abilities. So much friendship in PvP

2 RepliesYeah, I’m starting to get sick of it. Go into quick play, well, time to rely on RNG to play control. Go into Comp. no competitive ranking system. Oh, 4v4 only, no fun. Two power spawns that give barely any ammo. Grenades take forever to recharge. Only one super per game most of the time. Oh, there goes a Uriel’s Gift outrunning me while I’m using a scout rifle from scout rifle range. Barely peek a corner? Team shot. Go for power? Team shot. In a 1v1? Guy shows up and it’s a team shot. No mayhem, no rift, no elim, no zone control, no fun at all.

2 RepliesIts because of the pvp team. I remember watching the lead pvp guy play crucible and this guy was like a newborn picking up a controller. They're forcing their playstyle on to the players and no one plays like they do. This was very onvious in the last update of destiny 1.

7 RepliesYup game is a pile of trash, and it's 4v4 pvp because they can't figure out how to keep lag in check with 6v6. 1 ReplyI could care less about getting a full armor set. That was the norm in D1. You got full swts after multiple IBs. What I dont like is getting non IB weapons from an IB vendor, and not being able to buy stuff. Those are things that should not have changed in D2.
