Newt error, always upon matchmaking for 3rd or 4th activity

Hello, After doing a couple activities and trying to start my third (doesn't matter what the activity is) in destiny 2 on a new xbox one, I will get sit in matchmaking for an undetermined amount of time, then get the Newt error. I can quit destiny 2 and restart it and do another couple activities before getting the same error. When I'm patrolling a planet I move seamlessly between zones and there are always other players in the areas. Crucible matches also run well. Destiny 2 runs flawlessly on my ps4, fortunately I can not remember any persistent error codes. I have tried the following adjustments to my home network, they have not resulted in a fix: - Using UPnP - Giving the xbox one a static IP and manually forwarding all the necessary ports with UPnP disabled - Disabling IPv6 on the router - power cycling the router - power cycling the console to clear the cache - Reviewing the Bungie's network troubleshooting guide - Reviewing troubleshooting guides from my router manufacturer - Yoga I'd really appreciate some input from others who have dealt with this issue, or perhaps from Bungie staff!
