I think TTK was great in D1 and it didn't need to change. Also, the flinch is too high across the board. That's why High Caliber Rounds are wrecking players. I don't know what they were thinking.
If you want TTK and flinch back to D1 then upvote to send a message to Bungie.

Edited by YuhNinja: 11/25/2017 4:41:46 AMPlease for the love of god! I can't stand solo que in this game! I can't do a damn thing! Back in D1 I was a god even when I solo qued. But now, there's just no way. What I mean is faster TTK allows for less reliance on teammates, which is a GOOD THING!
-
No I think the TTK is fine but the flinch needs to drop a tiny bit not much but a tiny bit
-
So you shouldn’t be flinched while getting nailed in the face with Bullets?? Sounds legit....
-
So...no flinch even when shot in the face?
-
In too many situations untill now i'm already 50% damaged, at the moment i see the enemy appear on my screen. With lower TTK i will be dead, at the moment i see the enemy appear on my screen.

No thanks I prefer team oriented games. Not spazzy twitchy 14 year olds who hide and shoot you first to win kind of games like Call of Duty and D1.

Edited by Lost Sols: 11/25/2017 12:18:13 AMI think TTK in PvP was a mess. I think HoW was the best overall balance D1 achieved. D2 is as close to HoW balance as we've had since. As for HCR, they're not op, they're just a convenient excuse players have for dying that doesn't involve acknowledging opponents might have played better. The beautiful thing about HCR (and everything else that's not op, but deemed such in D2) is that every single player who logs in has access to them if they think it's a difference maker. So I'd ask, if everyone has equal access to a perk or ability, how can that thing give an unfair advantage? No one uses the best perk and the best weapon is a blue ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Why? where exactly is the Problem with the TTK? Even now, many weapons have the potential to be really annoying in PvP. When you get 1 hitted over and over again from people with swords, rockets or shotguns :P followed by some team whiping special ability. So what exactly would a lower TTK change? Or is this probably a console problem? On PC you go down really quick.. And think about focused fire with a mida when the TKK is faster than now.. you would absolutely have no chance to do anything against it. If the TTK gets even faster, it would totally encourage a more chaotic gameplay.

i wouldnt go as far as going to D1 exactly , but i would indeed reduce the ttk a notch across the board as long as hand cannon and scout do not become insanely broken .. where any no skills and their grandma can use them and instagib anyones across the board
-
+1 im tired of the fact i have to hide behind blueberries when i know i can handle myself because of the ridiculously high ttk where they can just run from every encounter. I hated d1 pvp but at least i know i can handle 2 people where as in d2 i have to run because of the butt humping meta

HCR is nowhere close to op and tons of weapons have it. You want to know a secret? D2 stacked up play + armor piercing rounds. Know what's better than stagger? Hitting multiple targets with one shot.

If they did that they wouldn't have people logging on destiny 1 anymore. They are trying to monopolize the market with two games. I'm actually surprised destiny one hasn't had an update, I'm sure it will happen. I really think they are that much of scumbags that they are trying to have two audiences.

Edited by zxionisus: 11/24/2017 4:42:39 PMNo. Flinch is a good response to getting hit by a hail of bullets.

Edited by Divine_Majin93: 11/23/2017 8:51:59 PMI hate to say it but I feel like Destiny 2 PvP is unsalvageable without a complete overhaul. In Destiny 2, PvP doesn't stand for "Player vs Player." It stands for "Pussy vs. Pussy" because that's essential how they want you to play. Peek and run for cover. Hold hands. Be afraid to engage opponents solo. I'm even seeing ability spam for engagements now. Fireteam crutch is the new meta. And it's here to stay. But it's okay. Almost 400 games played with a 1.5 kdr and a 2.22 kda. I'll have my $60 worth by time Curse drops. And ya'll can keep your shit tier PvP, "amazing" two chest reward public events, and grindless endgame 😂
-
So then what happens if you get teamshot which we all know is the staple of d2 pvp? You'll die before you even get a chance to react.
-
I think that snipers should be put back in the special weapons slot, just to bring it back into the game.
-
Yes please. Screw all these scrubs needing teammates for teamshoot because they suck alone.
-
Edited by Reclaimer: 12/3/2017 7:11:14 PMNo. Go play D1 if you want that. Edit: No, seriously. Do that. D1's PvP is unplayable now.
-
No, thanks.
-
They won't, this company sucks ass now so out of touch with the players

Edited by CaptainW1nky: 11/24/2017 11:58:40 AMHigh cal does barely anything. It's a placebo affect. Flinch in general is high. Go watch fall outs video on it. High cal barely does more then a regular bullet. I would like to see weapons with lower times to kill like the .7-.8 range in D1 along with actually having abilities and abilities that actually do damage that would be great.
-
Edited by Golden: 11/24/2017 7:58:43 PMLower the time to kill? More than it is? You mean bump up the time to kill? Make kills not to quick but just right so you can get into more 1v1 engagements easier? Edit: I was saying it backwards. My bad, Yes I agree with you 100%
-
Only people that prefer this over D1s had a negative kd in the first. You can bunch up with your teammates and shoot corridors and with them giving out participation medals you think you're good players😂
-
No. Lmao
