The grimoire/lore for example. The same way we have record books would have been easy to keep a literal in game record of all the grimoire and audiofiles. Horizon Zero Dawn does this very well. Every journal or audiofiles you discover is out into your folder you can go back and reread or listen to each one. It's a literal collection that your character keeps. I'm honestly shocked that Bungie didn't think to do that. That way we could also have something to grind for like the dead ghost/ chest hunt.

Simple solution. Use one of the MANY (oh so many) unused doors in the Tower and add in a library archive. A room with computers and monitors, with the Cryptarchy working tirelessly. Make a few terminals to interact with for different categories and make it fill as we complete activities and play the game. Categories could be for enemies, factions, vehicles, weapons, armor, locations, etc..

Bungie should learn FROM THEIR OWN GAMES. This is the company that gave us Halos 1 through - Reach. 5 solid games in a row and they totally shit the bed. No Joe Staten, no Marty O'Donnell, half their talent went to 343. Corporate Commander staged a successful takeover.

Seriously, I have no idea why bungie doesn’t just add grimoire. It would be so easy, and it would increase the fan base a lot.

Most D1 players miss the dead ghost hunt. All they wanted was for the lore it contained to be available in game. How Bungie decided ghost scans and a few lore tabs were sufficient, all the while removing D1 grimoire from the app, is nonsense. How difficult would it have been to give us a way to see each tab we have scanned, read them at our leisure and let us know which ones we are missing?
