Its probably not even your network, but tell me if you get a fix we in the same boat here -.-... Advanced networking (if you know how this works) will show you that your network in most cases is perfectly fine, get a specialist/mechanic over and they'll tell you the same but D2, won't work on PC for certain ISP's and random people... It is however limited to Weasel/Centipede errors that show this other errors I am not very certain about concearning networking as they might actually be related to your networking setup. In a nutshell Bungie needs to give PC players a proper server hosting setup to have no issues but so far it seems they are cheapskating by having a alternate way of hosting their game which is copy-pasted from PS4 D1 and D2 resulting in a lot of unwaranted issues that can not be solved by looking at the error codes seeing the issues between PS4 and PC are nowhere near similar when it comes to networking or any of that kind of shabang.
