A solution that worked for me for stuttering problems was to switch off overclock on my cpu.

The issue is on the game's side.

Extreme Zotac (single) - 64Gb DDR4 ram - I7700K 4,5Ghz - 2 SSD 960Pro from Samsung Constantly my frames are dropping from 100 to 80 or even lower, and it doesn´t matter which resolution I use even on 1280 x 720 and low settings I don´t get more than 110-120 FPS. I play on Wqhd and need that 144 FPS for my screen - 144Hz and it feels terrible right now. I hadn´t any problem before the update. Edit: yes Vsync is off Framerate is uncapped

I can confirm similar problems . I run a 6850k i7 oc to 4.5ghz and 1080 ti sli and ican go from 144 fps down to 50 fps at 1440p. it just matters where i am in game .I find that in more public places the utilization is very low and so is the fps. like my cpu is only using 30% and gpu only 30-40%. Not good.

I'm getting similar issues on a Titan Xp, was fine at launch other than drops on Titan and at EDZ
