Your third had affiliated before? Are you saying this time around with the faction rally your third character could not assign himself/herself to a faction?

This time I chose NM for my hunter, DO for my warlock and was going to choose FWC for my Titan. Two of my characters were able to choose a new faction for this rally. My third was still affiliated with the faction from last time and I could not choose for him this time. The Titan was still NM when I logged on with him.
