I've seen this a few times but I'll repost. Logged into the game, got the new faction rally message, clicked ok. My character was already pledged to the same faction I pledged last time, before I even talked to anyone. Yes I had that faction's emblem in my character. Great bug, at least I only have to grind one character now that I can't switch the two I wanted to switch.
