Road Complex AA1 Hunter Boots not correctly applying stats.
I am currently running mostly Road Complex armor (except for my Knucklehead Radar), and the arms and chest are giving the recovery from the Survivalist perk, but the legs are not. They are giving an extra point in resilience instead. Photo is included.
