More like: how about a chance to reload while stored? Makes them feel much more lucky, that way. And when it does reload, you have a 1 in 10 chance to reload your magazine in full.

Not a bad suggestion. I could see bungie being more receptive in that sense. But the point of the "lucky" pants is that it isn't luck that makes them great, rather Cayde's illegal mods lol.
