I was handing in tokens, only for the game to 'eat' the reward engram as well as the remaining tokens. Has happened multiple times with the Gunsmith, Benedict and Faction leaders. I did slow down handing in the tokens, thinking I was pressing the hand in button too fast; however, it still resulted in the rewards and tokens to disappear. In the video attached, you can see that I received one reward (the boots) however, when I was handing in the rest of my tokens, the new engram, along with my tokens, disappeared. The level also went up slightly, but for some reason, it didn't take any tokens out of my inventory.
