Cause bungie is in America and on pacific time. No matter what time bungie does maintenance it will cause issues for a certain timezone.

Of course it will, but why does europe has to be the one every maintenance? If you told me europe has the fewest players worldwide, than ok, I could understand, but I highly doubt that europe has so much less players than America. Unfortunately I couldn't find any info about how many players are from which region. Also why has it to be exactly 5 to 9 pm? 11 pm to 3 am CET would work much better and it would be 2 pm to 6 pm PDT, just before prime time PDT I assume. Sure the US has couple more time zones, but still I'd expect some kind of balance. It just feels like no one even considered a different solution at bungie.

Most companies work 9-5 in America. It has nothing to do with the people in Europe. Maintenance is done during business hours. Play a different game if you need to get your gaming fix.

Every time there is maintenance.
