The main reason we are at this point is because of the people who whined to Bungie for 3 years. They listened to them by nerfing [b][u]everything[/u][/b]. That, I believe, is the reason it feels like D1 Y1 repeating itself. Some systems were put in place half-finished because of deadlines. Mods are the perfect example. The system is intriguing, yet not fully fleshed out. I still have things I'm grinding for, and I still am trying to hit max power on all 3 of mine. It's disheartening to me when I see my fellow veterans, like yourself, already max power and are burned out.

D1 Y1 was a lot more compelling to play than D2 is. If D2 was a colour it would be beige.

What I said has as much to do with it as, what you said, not having much to do. These are the reasons veteran hardcore players are doing a mass exit from the game. I still have reasons to log in everyday, but I also understand why these veteran players are upset and leaving the game.

Yep, you are right...it was this forum that made these changes happen in D2. All the bitching and moaning and groaning made them "balance" everything...now we hate it...this game is boring as hell now...but the forums asked for it. Between PS4 and Xbox I had over 3000 hours on D1...ehhh...D2?? barely 200 hours since drop. I logged in just a few times last week for Iron Banner. Its boring and I rather play another game. Bungie dont care though, they got their money

All of this reminds me of that episode of South Park where everyone complains about the Christmas play and what they don’t like or is offensive to them. The result is something so far from Christmas.....dull and shitty.
