I'm the founder of Creed of True Light. I've been wanting to have a way to reward those who grind each week in order to complete their 5000xp limit. My Admins as well as other members thought of a possible way this could be done. For every 10 members you (Founder) get 5 engrams to reward those 10 members (and so on). Now, these engrams [b]CAN'T[/b] be used by the founder, but only by those who've [i]received[/i] it. The engrams would scale based on 'placement'. My members agreed this would be a suitable way to reward members and have it be more personal then just "Clan engram". Also, for incentive for the Founder, there could be a buff that increases the chance of exotic drops or something. Something that would reward the Founder based on their [i]own[/i] time and effort put into it. So, would this be something you Guardians would enjoy?
