It’s a good transition out of video games I guess. I’ll play with friends when they ask and trials but that’s it. It’s sad because destiny is the ONLY game I play/ have played for the last three years:(

I'd upvote more if I could, I feel the same way. I'm not even 305 on one character, let alone started the other two. I just have no desire to play and it's sad.

Bungie fixed everything that was bad with D1, but at the same time ruined everything that was good about it. That's it in a nutshell!

All I've done in recent times is just get the pve milestones done and call it a week

What's wrong with the prestige nightfall?

You know, I was thinking the other day about the first time I watched someone playing Halo CE. Watched for 30 mins, that Friday went to the mall to that gaming store that was around before gamestop and traded all my sony stuff in. Long story short, been playin' bungie's game for a long time.I know not everyone is a Halo fan,I understand that. However, my first online game PVP was Halo 3 before that LAN line.(anyone else remember lugging around your xbox and a TV) Now to Destiny, pre ordered the game and waited like everyone else did.Then started to hear all the crap about the writers and then Marty was gone.(sad face) Destiny was out and I was playing a bungie game that was not Halo,awesome. The game had it's problems,I don't have time to explain.....you get what I mean.Played all 3 years I don't like raids any of them but some folks do so thats awesome.I did enjoy the other PVE stuff they had strikes,nightfall with burns that worked both ways,then POE,The Court,Forge all awesome stuff. Destiny 2 comes out, a sequel, from what I understand sequels = bigger and better than the OG.Now alot stuff is better don't get me wrong but taking all the stuff out that worked in D1 is a huge risk.As a PVE non-raider those rolls on the weapons was great every engram was different that alone keep me playing between dlcs. It feels like the game is missing something to me, I know alot of people don't feel that way and that is fine by me. But bungie I know you folks can make this game with everyone in mind PVP,Raids,PVE,POE Forge guns with rolls or guns without rolls but PVE perks,like in that other thread.Anyways Bungie to put it simply Titan up your belt,you know why? I remember playing ODST and reading on one of the walls "This is your Destiny" or something like that.So bungie this is your destiny...?. opps forgot to hit the space bar a few times....

But that’s the whole “refresh” joke from Deej on twitter. Make everyone’s light “refreshed” back to being a regular pleb... then everyone having to compete and taking the psychological competitiveness in us all to drive to be max light, Trials flawless (and Scarab) or Raid beasts. We lose our gear/loot and have to get it back... They just did the same thing as Destiny 1 except instead of just our light being refreshed it’s the whole game. Also the gear when they refresh will have no significance in D2. I still miss refilling my weapons at the gunsmith... Destiny 2 will be amazing in 3 Years because they have to do very little to make big $$$ It’s like Apple, make a great SAFE product and make it SLIGHTLY better so that basically the next phone is nearly identical to the last but you want it so badly it hurts... it’s like the Destiny refresh model... SAFE $$$

Its sad when I put more time into Ghost Recon Wildlands than Destiny 2 .

Actually the second I knew things were screwed up was when I got five exotics in the first two days of play. All I could think was 'Uh oh, this is NOT a good sign.'

Play for fun, not for loot. Grinding isn't fun.

Destiny 2 is the first game I've ever pre-ordered. Ever. I had that much confidence in it following TTK and RoI. What a -blam!-ing mistake

Obtaining these gave you a sense of [b]power[/b], as on Nightfalls with a burn, your -blam!-ing primary was doing an unreasonable amount of damage. Everything in D2 seems.. Weak. Unimpressive. (Except Legend of Acrius. I love that thing.) I'm a titan main(duh) and in D1, [i]An Insurmountable Skullfort[/i] and [i]Dunemarchers[/i] were not that appealing to me. But in D2? They're arguably one of the best exotics titans have right now. And they're still the same version from D1! I'm just gonna cut this post short and say this: [b][i]The Endgame is not fun, and the rewards aren't worth the headache.[/i][/b] I'm not gonna do the stupid Exodus Crash strike on prestige because it's [b][i][u]BUGGED, IT IS NOT FUN TO DO BECAUSE OF HOW POORLY DESIGNED IT IS, AND BECAUSE OF TIMERS AND THE STUPID TIME ONION RINGS AND ODKWKDJEOWKRNWOWJRJWD[/u][/i][/b] And what reward am I gonna get? A duplicate/and or undesired exotic and some tokens? I am 305. These rewards don't mean anything to me anymore. The Prestige raid won't mean anything to me because it doesn't increase light level.
