Nightfall glitch
We just did guided games... We all died at the boss 2nd form (the 2nd platform) the game got stuck trying to find a spot for us to respawn... spent 2 minutes... did a character switch and I was banned 45 minutes.. are you serious? This will actually be my 1st time between both destiny combined that I will say wth is up yo

You left a game, it gives you a temporary restriction. If they did not do that, more people would leave the game when things weren't going their way. Unfortunately, this is the way it is guardian. When you all die in transition the game kind of loses where you are supposed to be and it can cause the game to glitch out. Unfortunately the only thing you can do at that point is wait for it to complete and finish, not back out.
