you are in the eververse forums, but it seems your problem is a thing that locks it when you try to loot +5 chests in the same zone within 5 minutes, its to prevent lootcave like systems. when you "dont" get anything from a faction rank up, its possible you either got 5 shards or shaders.

Thanks for the help, Guess we can't go farming for chests anymore or at lest not quickly. bummer.

you can, but after opening 5 chests youll need to goto a differnet area of the planet.
