Don't get a crash but the screen stays black, NPCs audio can be heard, inventory and character screen can be displayed. On PS4 pro. Only ever happens with tower.

The black screen issue at the tower also happens to me from time to time on top of the constant blue screen error. Sometimes it will eventually load though if you wait long long enough.
