Maybe online gaming isn't for you. It's impossible to avoid jerks online.
You're going to have to accept that everyone's not nice and not be so sensitive to what anonymous strangers say if you want to continue to play online. Or only play with people you know if you're too tender.
Sucks but that's never going to change.

The fact that it's most likely never going to change doesn't make it ok, the whole point of guided games is to help people, these tools clearly wanted to be carried and got someone who wanted help.

People seem to be missing the major point. He isn't crying about the guys being D-bags. He is pissed that since he didn't wanna play with D-bags he gets penalized. Even though in the Guardian Oath you as a guide are suppose to be paitent and civil. So he gets punished but the other guys don't.
