ok as bad as it sounds I'm happy I'm not the only schmuck going through this. I literally did everything you did including waiting on hold for 2 hours with gamestop for them to tell me that they don't have any codes for cold heart. I preorder so i can get that gun. I really didn't care about the kill tracker or anything else. Sony told me to contact gamestop and they have no clue. Im not sure of what to do next, it would help if Bungie made an announcement that they were looking into this.
