Or they're trying to milestone asap. What I can't believe is most of you idiots STILL don't know to charge the cannons before you fire on the walkers for high damage.

  • Actually whats worse is they don't know that hitting the weak spot and charging will down the walker even if the weak spot goes back inside whime you charge leading to a quicker walker kill. This is how I solo walkers on heroic

  • Charging does 4k damage in the time you can fire 6 shots doing 1300 damage. And the cannons respawn non stop so charging is useless

  • Ummmm because it's faster damage? It takes to long with the charge. The scorch cannons regenerates in the spots.

  • Charging seems better for use on that named large Shank if it appears, it's too slow for the tanks and stops you from being able to kill ads at the same time and damage doesn't seem worth the time wasted.

  • I know to charge it but rapid shots will kill it faster when you're unloading with six if them. Waiting for the charge just wastes time. Hold it too long on a leg and then it drops from others and that shot does nothing, do it to its critical spot and others dps it out of it before you can fully charge it, another waste. I do partialy charge it but even then it seems like a waste of time.

  • You can charge them but it's a waste of time. Did most of my Titan milestone this morning solo, all Walker events. All heroic. There are enough cannons supplied that spammimg fire is way better DPS, especially when the head pops open and especially if there is more than one person playing. Holding the cannon down is a waste of time because if you're charging a shot on a leg and it breaks before you release it, you'll get an immune tag and won't do any damage at all.

  • Or that if you unlock both pillars on one set of launchers in the first phase you can use the two launchers to drop the Walker for the second. And they respawn.
