Me too!!! Nice of them to fix stuff in a raid that came out Well after the game, but won't fix these preorder bonus problems

  • 1. Digital or disc? 2. What version of the game did you get? 3. How many codes did you put in? 4. Are you game-sharing with another account? 5. If you have a physical copy usually the coldheart code is separate and is in the box. 6. The ghost is exclusive to certain retailers (like GameStop) usually they hand out the code either: in the box, on the receipt when you bought it, or in a email saying you purchased it. Go check. 7. Bungie won't hand out free codes so don't bother asking. 8. Go to your downloads and tell me the details of each D2 item. 10. Do have lvl 20 character AND did that same character beat the campaign? 11. Did you go to Lord shaxx (for the ghost) and the Gunsmith (for the gun) or Amanda holiday in the tower (for the sparrow)? 12. Are you on Xbox or PS? 13. Which retailer did you buy it from?

  • No game share for me cause I'm selfish.. it is a hard copy from GameStop should be same code as listed on receipt which I've entered and can't re enter anymore I've done the beta early access code I've got the kill tracker and emote... GameStop says it's the code I've entered but still no gun I'm pretty sure I'll just have to wait till it's available for everyone... sorry about being an a$$ but it's frustrating when bungie claimed they had 75% of their team working on this game and there is so much going on just wish they could announce or keep us updated more over this subject...probably won't pre order any stuff from them anymore

  • No I'm not with bungie. No one here is with bungie not even the mentors or ninjas. No one here, including bungie is going to magically drop you a new code or put in into your postmaster. Am I going to fix your issue. Idk. I can do the best I can because everyones situation is different. So please answer the questions I listed.
