I need to find a raid team but they want people who know the raid I mean how are you supposed to know the raid when 90% of us are still trying to figure it out. I wish I could do it but those problems always stop me from doing it. I have never done a raid in my life even on d1 I didn't do them because everyone i was with expected me to know what to do even when I typed in I've never done one before.

We explain everything that needs to be done before we start the stage/fight.

Now is your time to do it if you watch a video or a guide you should still be able to find groups that will take you as long as you know it. When I was raiding all week I every group I got into we had 1 or 2 people who knew what to do but never done it and it was all fine and we got the party's down, only takes one or two tries to really get the hang of it unless your slow Rick then yea GL

thats why there are youtube videos or going with others that havnt done it before. do your homework and you will then know what to do. dont expect to just get carried.
