Destiny 2 Exotic Concepts Competition!
Okay Ladies and gents, I've decided to have an Exotic concept competition! Create a simple backstory/lore, splash text, gear type (armor, weapon) and the exotic perks for a imaginary exotic. I'll choose the 3 best Exotic concepts and I'll either improve, leave it as is and make concept art for the gear you created! Below is an example of what your concept should be like:

It's so unfair, I want to look just as stylish as those hunters on the battlefield! So, in a moment of genius, I've decided to make my own cloak!" -Zeran III[/i]

Deathsingers symphony Exotic warlock helm Description: “with this helm your voice shall be entropy made sound”-Toland Exotic perk: deathsong. When the player damages a player or enemy they apply the death song effect which last 10 seconds unless ability is activated. Replaces class ability and when activated makes player immobile and can’t fight but starts 6 second countdown that will kill all previously marked targets.(note: exotic ability doesn’t actually insta kill everything, it just deals a large amount that kills most enemies instantly so no insta-killing bosses) Exotic intrinsic perk: encore Every successful kill with deathsong gives energy to class ability so it can be used much sooner (can potentially fill back up with enough kills) Lore: “I met it in the hellmouth, her form was that of a dry weathered corpse, her eyes a pale yellow. I greeted her and asked if she may sing me her song. And so she did, and with a voice as cold and sharp as crackling ice. She rended me soul and flesh. And now you shall do the same to those who praised this wicked power. Rend and maim until it is done.” -Toland

I think its trying to become a part of you". - Ghost Exotic Intrinsic: Shared Fate After a precision kill, reloads a arrow that connects enemys to eachother in a 10m radius (just a exampel) the connected enemys share the damage (like a very waterd down shadowshot) Exotic perk: Archers Dragonfly Landing a precision kill makes your target explode and gives you a stack of Archers Dragonfly. Landing two precision hits will also grant you a stack. Stacks of this perk make your Dragonfly aoe Stronger and shortens the drawtime of the bow.This perk can be stacked up to 5 times. Lore: "A bow found in the Blackgarden it layed next to a Guardian and Ghost. The two were one with the Flora of the Blackgarden. The Hunter that found the bow and the two couldn't identify them. The Vanguard couldn't find anyone in there Blackgarden mission logs that went missing but the Vanguard found out that the Guardian was laying there for what seems like centuries. The Vanguard wanted to ask some questions to the hunter that found the bow but they couldn't find him. Days later the Vanguard sent a fireteam to the Blackgarden to do some research on the endemic life. On the way there they found a ship, In that ship was the bow but no trace of the hunter." looks: The bow itself has Thorns just like a rose and on the ends there little flowers (black roses or flowers native to the blackgarden) The String is blue but more like a light at the ends of the string there are blue Flowers that drop blue spores that fly around the string. The arrows whitout the perk (shared fate) active are green and have some small leaves all around the arrow. The arrows with the perk active have thorns even on the arrow head and on the end of the arrow there are the same blue flowers as the string. The bow it self sart to move and glow when the perk Archer's Dragonfly is active. I Hope that someone helps me with the design itself because I can't really draw that well so and I also Hope that Bungie sees this and at least takes it as a probable option for the next Exo Bow.

Special attack os a downward slam. Kills with the slam acivate reconnecting... (which shows as a reconnecting to destiny servers subtext notification) kills while reconnecting... is active deletes whatever weapon the killed player used last from the game. Lore "You left me no choice. You really think the vangaurd wouldn't notice your most used weapon?i know how you play. I know you are nothing without it. I know where you are. I will find you. And i will delete your weapons." (It would be so nice to use this on a person using gravaton lance. )

1 ReplyCorruptible Sight Exotic 'Sniper'/'Linear Fusion' Rifle Magazine: 1 Reserves: 7 Splash Text: "This gun doesn't look safe... you're not listening to me, are you?" - Ghost Exotic Intrinsic: Modified Shot Hip-firing is disable/locked. Holding down the aim button will charge the Rifle. The longer you hold it, the less stable but more powerful it becomes. (Release at anytime) Hits with any charge before max will always stagger with every shot. Hits with a max charge will stun lock the enemy for 2 second. Exotic Perk: Self-Replicate Killing something with a charged up 'precision' shot will return a round to your magazine. Lore: "(Don't really know what to put here, maybe some witty remark Shiro-4 or Outbreak Prime)"

Conductor: Ziva, its too complicated to be played by anything other than a machine. Composer: Where is it complicated? Conductor: Well... here, this part right here and the ending. Composer: WHAT!!! [Author's Note: Note that this matters but the composer, Ziva (No relation to the NCIS character) sounds similar to Asher Mir but a little less annoying. Also Exotic Auto Rifle [b]The Conductor[/b] Splash text: His greatness is his downfall. Exotic Perk (Warminds baton): While Cadence is active, rate of fire and handling is increased. When you are closer than 10 meters to an enemy, ability recharge is greatly increased but health is decreased. Lore: Passage from a memoir. Ziva or better known as 'The Composer' was an interesting person. I conducted multiple of his pieces as I was the only one who he allowed to play his pieces. Well, I was the only human. The warmind Rasputin had a likening of Ziva and would play his pieces in his bunkers and his vault. I remember Rasputin and Ziva had a close relationship that was unlike any I had seen before. Especially between an A.I like a Warmind and a Human. I guess they were both outcast in a society that punishes outcast. [Author's Note: While [b]The Composer[/b] looks similar to the raid gear as it has a gold, red and black paint job. The [b]The Conductor[/b] looks more like the warmind weapons we have seen, weapons like Sleeper Simulant and Pocket Infinity.]

2 Replies[b]The Icarus Complex[/b] Exotic Sword Splash Text: [i]High risk, high reward.[/i] Exotic perk: Icarus' Warmth [i]Swinging this sword causes a burning DoT effect on the wielder that lasts until the weapon is stowed or it runs out of ammo. A kill,or three consecutive hits, restores a portion of the wielder's health.[/i] Lore: A prototype weapon if there ever was one, The Icarus Complex was the result of experimentation with manipulating Solar Light into a weapon that could allow Guardians to sustainably dish out serious damage without taking too much risk. However, attempts to achieve this were hindered by the fact that containing the Solar Light in such a sleek casing came with a rather... scorching side effect. Until such a time that a way to contain this Solar Light safely surfaces, the production of The Icarus Complex is shut down. A few showcase models still exist, though they are in the hands of some very capable Guardians now. The Hunter reached out, the void energy quickly consuming him entirely. "Go unto the heavens my child, and show this world your might!" The Hunter faded away, his body forming into stars that shot up into the sky. He became Sagittarius, the archer, looking over Hunters who have lost their way. All that remained of the Hunter was his helmet, which gazed at Guardians who had gone by. It watched, searching and waiting for one who is worthy of its power. [/i] Additional information: The Archer's Gift extends duration by 1.5 seconds. The Archer's sacrifice takes away 1/10 of the Hunter's health each time the duration is extended.

[u]Exotic Perks:[/u] (sealed option) Limited Defiance: when critically wounded replaces dodge with an extended blink and slightly boosts recovery post-blink(can't be damaged mid blink) (Unsealed option) Wish-Dragon's Defiance: when your super is full, right before you would normally be killed you're blinked away to a nearby safe location at the cost of half of your super and all ability cooldowns (also depending on your subclass effects nearby enemies (pre-blink) with [snare smoke effect(void)/stun effect(arc)/burn effect/(solar)].) [u]Lore:[/u] I stumbled into a cave looking for a safe place to stay for the night after what happened at the Tower, my ghost still couldn't heal me and we both knew we were out of options. I probably wouldn't make it longer than another day due to my injuries. That night I heard whispers coming from deeper in the cave so I took my ghost and followed the voices deeper and deeper trying to grasp at whatever chance I had left at survival. [b]Perk 2[/b]: ...Those Who Dare - Adds 2 bullets per mag and adds the ability to properly hip fire (like Queenbreakers' Bow). Every shot deals precision damage, kills return 1 bullet to mag, but does damage to user per shot. The lower health the more damage dealt (critically wounded can 1 shot) [b]Lore[/b]: "As you know us Exos have a bad memory of our lives as a human. Being a Guardian makes it worse. Lore tab: [i]The hive, they are the answer to our war with the agents of darkness. We must use the hive as a common enemy as I have done with this one, to get close to them and enlighten them.
