So I know i'm not the only one with this problem but the only one i've encountered is the Exotic Quest Step for the "Rat King's Crew". I have another guardian with me that does have the quest step but its not working for either of us and yes were both on the same step and that step is for the public events if anyone knows why our public events aren't working please help!!!
