So I'm glad that you all are being up front that you want abilities to be more rare but do you mind sharing the why with us? Without abilities this game is just another FPS with less guns than Border Lands, longer TTK than CoD, less RPG content than Fallout and less unranked PvP modes than Halo.
What am I missing that makes it a good idea to make abilities more rare?

PvP only gets one of every ability and super at the start that's it. Everything gets buffed to ohk. In exchange you leave PVE alone and everything gets buffed to D1. There I balanced the game for you.
