When TTK dropped we would just keep going to orbit and back to the court until we had the number of people that we wanted. It was kind of stupid when your +4th friend wants to join you and has to resort to doing stuff like that.

We would go and invite everyone in the court to a party then have them start inviting others to join.
-
Same. 9 person court of oryx FTW!! Good times were had!

Yeah, I remember doing the same sort of crap. It doesn't make sense if a social area allows 8 people you should be able to bring at least 6. And match making with the forge is terrible too. I wonder if the same sort of stuff is going to happen in D2.

At least forge you could crouch walk to get people, and try it again if it didn't work. CoO it we used to launch in separately until 1 of us got a couple of people, then we joined on that person.
-
You could actually do that for the court too. I never realized it until after the Forge, but when the Halloween quest line had a couple court components I did it and found participants pretty quickly. I agree with OP, though, why prevent people from having fun as a group?
-
I am OP :) I didn't realise you could re-populate CoO, always found the same when we cycled the areas so just did orbit runs
-
Had to go back to the neighboring zone, then crouch walk all the way back in. It was a pain, but not as bad as it had been
-
I hope not.
