It looks nice but pve is the biggest joke I've ever seen the guns do crap damage and so does everything else all for PVP. Until they seperate PvP from pve this game is trash!!!!

It's actually quite fun. Please stop whining.

I have never ran out of ammo during the strike. I have not had problems killing enemies. I spent hours exploring the area at the beginning of the strike and found the lost sector markings and the door, and the mobs that make all the cannons appear and glow (that i think will open the door in the full ver.) I had fun riding the pikes. (so good to ride again, was missing my sparrow) I loved running a kin hand cannon (2 or 3 shot kills on red bar mods except the cabal with swords) and a solar auto rifle (melts the solar shielded cabal and almost everything else) and a rocket launcher (5-10% or so damage per shot on boss) Movement for me on a warlock was better then D1 as the air dodge added movement options and agility. I enjoyed having multiple paths through the strike that allowed me to go ahead of the mobs and then flank them from the side or from behind. The sound is amazing The visuals are amazing. I am fully looking forward to playing D2 when it comes out and thank all the people who worked hard to make this game.

You need to understand that in the beta you're playing with a character that's low level, you're not maxed out so of course it's going to take a bit to kill enemies.
-
Read the notes the beta was created months ago loads has changed
-
So why not give us at least something that's close to the final product.... It's like saying in September you'll get a 2018 auto...but here test drive the 2015 model...we promise the 2018 will be better
-
The have to turn in stuff to PSN and XBL 5-6 months in advance. That's why it's an old build.

Personally I would prefer a small beta hear people's thoughts and then alter what they can.

Waah go away
-
You know that we are playing a build that is months old. Please read TWAB before complaining
-
A build of what's to come or very close to it pve is still ruined and will be until pve and PvP are separated like they should have been!!! So yes I will complain just like the cry baby PvP players that have complained for 3 years for nerfs that affected pve every time so it's high time the pve community stands up and says enough is enough fix it correctly and fairly for all players both the pve and the pvp seperate it and all will be much happier!!!
-
They are separate....
-
They are separate....
...what?!
-
Yer dum 👏
-
CALM DOWN!!! Do you even Destiny bro?
-
I fully expect us to do more damage come end game.
-
You sure have spent a lot of time playing a trash game.
-
As a reminder we were all underleveled. We will do more damage as our level progresses.....
-
We were at level or 5 light under. Your argument is actually "we aren't over leveled yet"
-
You're still nowhere close to being maxed out, it's the same way it would be in Destiny 1.
-
Except it says "recommended light" when you die and tells you their level. End game content in Destiny was about 5-10 light under our level, these guys were 5 light over our level, that's not some huge swing in dps.
-
It is though, this strike we played was just a regular strike, not heroic and we were a bit underleveled, you go do that in Destiny right now and you'll see the power difference, it's like back in the Destiny 1 beta, it was significantly harder to get through the sepiks strike than when you're level 40, light 400. I'm sure that once we get to max light our guns will kill enemies with less bullets is what I'm saying.
-
Except with the first destiny beta the light system was totally different. Really it's apples to oranges between the two betas
-
Huh? But the bottom line is that you're still not playing with a fully leveled character and therefore you do less damage than you would if you were max level.
-
I think people I've overplaying that point. IF it's like destiny, then we're talking about 1 extra trigger pull per enemy...
-
It's not overlaying, it's the same way it is in Destiny 1, try restarting a character and do a strike at level 20 and you'll see it's the same.
