Who else here wants a refund... After 2 days I probably won't care to even download the full version when it's released... Its that bad... Shoot I even get wall banged more often in d2 than d1.. That should already show you this is Cancer... Someone says you can cancel preorder.. How does one go about canceling the preorder...

For Xbox I just went on Microsoft.com, online chatted with a rep and done, I used funds in a Microsoft acct so it was just refunded to that.

What is the last day to cancel a pre-order from Amazon? Right now I am around 10% for getting D2, 90% nay.

Email amazon through the contact section of the web site. Or you could get Amazon to call you.

I'm not sure how it works as you can see I just found out I have to call PlayStation ... I'd assume you'd have to call Amazon... Ironically I used to work there so I can tell you they do have people that are meant to know that info if you did call... I was confused since it's through PlayStation store how or if I even could... It was even paid by preloaded funds so that's gonna be the fun part with them...

It's from PS store... So PlayStation would be the retailer... Is there no way to cancel without calling or doing like a customer service chat...

I may stand corrected Try these steps Go to [Settings] > [PlayStation Network/Account Management] > [Account Information] > [Wallet] > [Transaction History]. Find the pre-order that you want to cancel - the purchase date will be the date that you placed the pre-order. If we haven't taken payment there will be an option to cancel the pre-order

Ya this just shows the history and the description is product purchase nothing preordered selecting it just shows taxes and what was purchased but thanks for the info

Looks like they've already charged you then, your best bet is get into supports chat and tell them you want to cancel a preorder because the game is not what you were expecting and no longer wish to purchase it

Playstation Charges immediately. Gotta call or do online chat. Ive never had a bad experiance though. Hopefully nobody else does either.
