There has been no ETA on when it will be usable again, however there is another way you can link your PS4 to your original Bungie.net profile.
You'll want to create a temporary Xbox Account that you may attach to your new Bungie account. This creates a second log in to the account which only holds the PlayStation Account. By doing so, this allows you to unlink your PlayStation Account from the new one and link it to the old one. Please make sure that you link the temporary Xbox account to the Bungie Account you no longer want to keep. After you have linked the temporary Xbox account, sign out of Bungie.net and sign in through the temporary Xbox Account. From there, free up your PlayStation Account through the Accounts and Linking page. After your PlayStation Account is freed, you may then link it to the Bungie Account you want it on by going: "My Legend" > "Profile" > "Settings" > "Accounts and Linking". I would also suggest checking out the article on Accounts and Linking. When going through the processes of linking and unlinking, I would suggest following that article to ensure that no issues arise. Again, take caution when doing so because if you accidentally link the accounts in the wrong order you may lose access to your main Bungie Account.

Edited by Dawk_Jay: 7/20/2017 7:53:15 PMAh this is a great idea. I'll review the article to make sure I follow the right steps but hopefully this fixes the issue. EDIT: I tried and doesn't work. It gives me the option to unlink my newly created (temporary) Xbox account but cannot unlink the PS account. Is it because I started playing D1 on PS?
