Here's what'll happen
You'll get a weapon to drop like a million times it has meh rolls and that'll never change
One person find a weapon it has better rolls than anything else and BOOM
Good bye weapon diversity

Exactly Maybe remove perks in general and leave it up to gun skill but that's just me

I beg to differ. Pve should be about story not guns. I should care more about what happens in the game than the guns I obtain. Certainly there could be stronger guns or guns that are level based like raid weapons have better stats. But remove the perks. It would not affect the mechanics of the game and pve would remain pretty much the same if not the same. Again just me though.
