Are Transversive Steps still in the game
I swear Xûr isn't going to sell them any time soon.
I haven't seen a boot engram drop from ToC in eons.
If Xûr does sell a boot engram, it's a legacy engram.
Nightfalls pretty much only reward crap legendaries now.
Pretty sure these are the most difficult exotic to acquire.

They just wont drop for some people, i've handed in countless boot engrams on my warlock now and still nothing. I have three friends in a similar situation, just waiting on a miracle from xur now. Last thing i need in the whole game, xcept that god roll luna.
