Just posting this so anyone who looks will see my experience. This is an email that I just sent to their support. First, I would like to start by saying that I will never buy another Scuf controller. This thing started failing just under one month into using it. I sent it in for repair and received it even worse than it was. It is unusable in its current state and I am very close to requesting a full refund. And if I do not receive a full refund I am prepared to take steps because this might be the worst product I have ever purchased. Now that we are past that, here are the issues: - The right thumbstick responsiveness is intermittent. I have tried rotating the stick, removing any dust, etc. My conclusion is that it is the board itself. If I move the thumb stick in any direction the movement stutters. And I have tried this with multiple games on various sensitivities. - The rubber portion of both thumb sticks is absolute garbage. Both are wearing and interfering with all gameplay. - The top R2 and L2 buttons are sometimes unresponsive and certainly not stiff in anyway. They are 'mushy' and do not provide a good responsiveness for any competitive FPS. - And lastly, the same exact issue that I sent this thing to repair for still exists... The left paddle is unresponsive. You would think that for possibly the most used and useful reason to even buy this controller would be the most sturdy. Sadly it is completely unusable. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. If I send this controller in for repair and it comes back any less than perfect, I will demand a refund.
