Skolas and Qodron. Skolas after they removed the burn damage and Qodron prior to the nerf. I loved the challenge that Prison of Elders provided and would often solo the 34's. I'd solo to Skolas and invite people for a carry. Good times.

That was one of the hardest things to do with Burns on, the every spawning ads and Qodron when we were like 32 level.

Burns took 3 minutes to complete. Without burns was way harder.

Not if the burns were Arc.

Arc sniper and you could stun lock him. That's how we did it. I just found that going the distance and detonating bombs while dealing with ads was a little more difficult that completing the encounter in 5 minutes. Maybe that's just me.
