Well, there is a year 3 Word of Crota and Fatebringer now, both of which can be exotic (have primary elemental burn) if you beat the weekly raid challenges. There is also a year 3 Gjallarhorn. I'm not even sure what the second one you listed is but as for other new weapons it kind of depends if you are playing PvE or PvP. You can get a year 3 Icebreaker as well now. Imago Loop, Palendrome, and eyasluna are about the best hand cannons. Parthian Shot and Hopscotch Pilgrim seem to be the best pulses. A lot of people don't like The Hero Formula scout but if you get a good roll and like fast fire rate scouts its a great gun in my opinion. The new Event Horizon with a good roll is one of the better snipers if you like snipers. If you are going to play PvP at all go to the Future War Cult and get a Wormwood, even if its not a great roll, get it. Trust me on this.
