Is the SUNRISE bounty the only way to get icebreaker
I was just wondering if I could farm exotic engrams to get it.
And what are the chances of the sunrise bounty dropping it!

Yes... just grind it out on all 3 characters every week

I don't know drop rates, but Sunrise is the only way to get this. Fits with lore too, as the Ice Breaker was created by the Vanguard, and only one model made it to testing phase.

If i ever get it to drop i will delete it out of spite........then i will go buy it from the kiosk because i have never had icebreaker :(
