Byf needs to get that stick out of his ass and realize losing the Grimoire is not the same as losing the lore. Bungie might have something placed in game for us to look at.

If you think that, you don't understand just how surprisingly detailed the grimoire cards actually are.

No, I think I do understand. What people aren't getting is that Bungie is doing away with the lore, just the actual presentation that it's given and putting it in game in some form.

I think it goes along the lines of how Bungie implements this in game lore. For D1 the grimoire was the major source of all lore or gave us the knowledge/ understanding to comprehend things said in the game. I mean the whole Thorn/ Last Word is not mentioned in the game at all outside of the flavor txt. That being said they could be removing the grimoires if they are going to replace them or really flesh out the story telling. What I wanna know is that if the grimoire does completely go away what about the dead ghosts?
