I get it. But I don't care?
I care more about what the game is, not the system behind it. If the system behind the game is inferior but works, is fine with me. Because I know that freed up the time and money to make the actual game better.
Things like the guided games system, are a much better feature than dedicated serves. (When cost to implement is factored in.)

The system is junk and ruins experience for players... that is a problem.
