Ok but why would we lose our light in the first place if scattered Traveler debris are all over the place on the ground? Lol i call bs

Edited by Haffoc: 5/20/2017 12:40:16 PMProbably because we were not near the shard when Ghaul caged the Traveller. The loss of our Light was so sudden and absolute it caused all Guardians to collapse, our sense battered and bruised. As we start to recover we feel the pull of the shard, just as the Speaker did. As we get stronger we start to sense the Traveller through the shard and our link to the Light starts to recover.

Couldn't have put it better! With the Travellers presence, any inkling of a shard might theoretically be drowned out, like trying to hear a single voice within a choir if thousands. Now, with the Traveller caged and silent, that lone voice can be heard.
